About the Client
appella is an onboarding and training platform that helps SaaS companies empower customers to use their software to its full potential. Software companies can create customized training plans, monitor progress, and set training sessions all from one place, allowing their users to accelerate their mastery.
What I Did
appella leads users through the onboarding process by making sure every client is keeping up with the group. To play on that idea, and in a nod to the name of the founder’s childhood neighborhood, we arrived at the concept of a duck making sure everything is in a row.
We also felt an aquatic motif was appropriate given the duck and “onboarding” elements, so we incorporated waves and an organized-yet-fluid matrix of dots.
